We are currently looking for a customer-focused Service
Advisor to join our team.
You will be a dynamic Automotive Service professional with strong
Dealership front-line service exposure.
You will have experience in working with a team to achieve Department
and dealerships objectives.
Required skills & the role:
- Full-time position of 5 days a week, whilst Flexible working hrs may be offered to right candidate with industry experience.
- Taking customer inquiries and service bookings.
- Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the Workshop.
- Advising customer on the progress of their vehicle.
- Gaining authorization from the customer for extra work.
- Effective time management skills.
- Great Organisational Skills.
- Ability to work with both the public and technicians in a courteous and professional manner.
