Due to a promotion, Mike Carney Toyota have an outstanding opportunity for an experiencedService Advisorwith a competitive remuneration package reflecting experience to join our well established team. This vital role is to deliver customer service excellence to our valued customers. As a SA you will be customer facing and act as the principal contact between the dealership and the guest, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will need to utilise your administration and customer service skills. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department and parts department guests both face to face and over the phone. If you have hospitality experience - this could be you.
Key Job Function & Accountabilities
- Be able to hold a conversation,
- Sales orientated and be able to upsell,
- Face to face guest hospitality services,
- Taking customer enquiries for parts and service bookings,
- Identifying parts and components using Toyota systems,
- Determining the customers’ needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and gain positive customer satisfaction,
- Providing superior customer service,
- Liaise with customers both during service and post service follow up.
- You should be a motivated and organised individual with experience in a customer facing role, if you have exceptional hospitality experience and an aptitude for this position then you should apply.

- Good communication skills (listening, questioning)

- Excellent team player
Desirable Skills
- Basic automotive knowledge and experience is an advantage
- Hospitality skills would be an advantage
