The Burton Family of Port Stephens Toyota currently has a vacancy for a Service Advisor at our Taylors Beach location. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers to get friendly and efficient service when they arrive to the dealership as the welcoming face of our service department
- Working with team members in a collaborative way to get outcomes with customer service being the core focus
- Looking after your customers from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Administrative duties including invoicing and warranty claims processing
