Service Advisor

Based in Wacol Brisbane, Iveco Brisbane is a leading Truck dealership specialising in Iveco Heavy, Medium and Light duty Trucks and Iveco Vans.

We are Currently in a growth phase and looking to expand our Service Departments productive team to manage our increasing customer demand.

Our growth is backed on the successful release of the all-new Iveco Sway, Tway and Acco models which has received overwhelming customer acceptance.

The role:

The purpose of this role is to schedule and organise service work. Interact with customers, providing exceptional customer service within a positive environment with a competitive salary package on offer.

Duties:

• Scheduling appointments
• Ensure customer / drivers sign RO to authorise repairs
• Open and close repair orders
• Raising Internal / warranty & Customer  invoicing and Purchase orders.
• Sublet invoice control and processing onto repair orders
• Customer Service duties regarding vehicle updates on repairs or enquiries.
• Ensure technicians have completed RO information to an appropriate standard
• Ensure vehicle is acceptable in presentation back to customer / driver
• Ensure all repairs are explained to customer / driver at pick up as required
• Advise & provide guidance to technicians / apprentices as required
• Ensure compliance with IVECO’s Environmental Policy, ISO140001 standards, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
• Update system regularly and accurately
• Other Service Department related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant Trade Qualification (highly recommended)
• A sound understanding of automotive warranty principles
• Sound negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills

Essential experience and skills

• Strong organisational ability
• Sound computer skills
• Customer service focused.
• Technical/mechanical knowledge
