Due to the continued growth in our Service department Melton Toyota is looking for an additional Service Advisor to provide our guests with a fantastic experience every time.
The Service Advisor role is a key role in our dealership. You are pivotal in facilitating an easy and pleasurable experience for our Service guests. As a Service Advisor, your role will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced
- Keeping the guest informed about the progress of their vehicle and any additional work.
- Completing paperwork and invoicing the job
- Checking customers out when their service is complete, processing their payment
- Helping customers with any service or warranty issues
- Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on any issues a customer raises in relation to their vehicle
To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes:
- Ideally you have Dealership experience as a Service Advisor, but we will consider all applicants with a strong customer experience background
- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
- Thrive on problem-solving
- Have a positive outlook
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail
- Current manual driver's license
