We are seeking applications for a Service Advisor to join our service team in Paget.
Working as part of the service team, the primary focus of the position will be to:
- Liaise and support the service team with invoicing and ordering parts.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and service scheduling over the phone, in person, and via email.
- Book, organize and liaise with customers regarding their service & repair requirements, and ensure information is relayed to appropriate people.
- Oversee the completion of jobs and ensure all documentation and information have been provided.
- Invoicing and taking payments.
- Operating specialised automotive computer software.
- Undertake any other duties requested by Management.
Qualifications & experience
- Good planning skills with implementation and monitoring capabilities to direct and keep things on track.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoys managing multiple projects for customers with both immediate and long-term requests.
- Must be able to work unsupervised and/or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
