Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations with the dealership service department.
This includes the following:
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Up-selling additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Delivery quality customer service
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
