Service Advisor - Merredin Toyota

Due to strong growth an exciting opportunity has become available to join Merredin Toyota which is part of the Avon Valley Motor Group based in Northam, Western Australia for an immediate start.

So what's the role about?

The Service Advisor role is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) working at Merredin Toyota. This exciting role will see you faced with all sorts of challenges whilst offering a broad variety of work each day. As an integral member of the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our customers are kept well informed about their vehicle at every stage. Day to day you will:-

• Act as the first point of contact with customers
• Coordinate bookings and manage the progress of daily work schedules
• Utilise internal systems and checklists to record vehicle information, parts orders, invoices and quotes
• Provide support to assist team members in day to day activities; and
• Drive brand awareness by building new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Working within the dealership policies, guidelines and standards
• Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders
• Generate quotes and advise guests of any additional work that needs to be attended to
• Ensuring the guests expectations are exceeded throughout the experience
• General service administration as required

• Current C Class Drivers Licence
