What you'll do
Working with your dedicated leading hand you'll be the solution master for our customers!
As a Service Advisor at Truck Tech, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our workshop, ensuring their heavy vehicles get the TLC they deserve.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients with a smile and an empathetic ear, making them feel like part of our family.
- Listening carefully to their vehicle troubles and translating them into actionable service requests.
- Providing clients with clear, concise explanations of recommended repairs.
- Coordinating repair schedules and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
- Serving as the liaison between clients and our team of mechanics, ensuring smooth communication.
- Going the extra mile to exceed client expectations and make their day better.
You will have
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance - preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion about vehicles and a desire to keep them running smoothly
- Empathy and the ability to put yourself in our clients’ shoes
- A problem - solving mindset that makes puzzles look like child’s play.
- Knack for multitasking and staying cool under pressure.
- A sense of humour (because laughter is the best engine lubricant).
