AddressMantello Motor Group is seeking an experienced full-time Service Advisor to join our well-established organisation.
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team in Sunbury, which will be transitioning to new management under Kyneton and Sunbury Toyota. This role is perfect for an energetic and spirited professional who is eager to grow and learn within the automotive industry.
About the role:
As a Service Advisor your day will be busy and filled with variety; you will utilize your administration and customer service skills to act as the contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, both face to face and over the phone.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting & Greeting customers
- Providing outstanding customer experiences
- Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
- Determining the customer’s needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Handling customer concern's and escalating where necessary
- Carryout follow up phone calls when needed
Must have:

- Ability to achieve excellent Customer Satisfaction
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt, interact and respond to different types of cultures.
