Service Advisor

Key Job Functions:

The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the guest and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:

• Coordinating servicing of customer vehicles
• Taking enquires and service bookings
• Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress
• Invoicing and administration
• Handling guest enquiries
• Supporting retention strategies and attracting new business
• Promoting the New England Toyota brand

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

• Outstanding Customer experience skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy is success in this role
• The ability to prioritise time and use your initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive energy and desire to learn.
• Strong work ethic and team player with a willingness to go above and beyond.
