THE ROLE - Perfect Casual or Full Time role
The role of the Customer Service Consultant is the primary point of contact for all dealership customers, providing a high level of service and administration support to all customer focused departments. Our Customer Service team process a high volume of phone Service Bookings via our DMS System whilst ensuring efficient and accurate data entry. Successful Customer Service Consultants display strong phone communication skills to ensure a high level of customer service to all customers of The Pickering Group.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate
- High level of phone/computer communication skills
- Previous experience in administration and customer service;
- Excellent phone manner and passion for providing customers with an outstanding experience;
- Positive and motivated
- High level of attention to detail
