The Role
We are recruiting our next BDM superstar that will work in the Adelaide area. We are seeking a highly motivated, hungry and disciplined Business Development Manager to grow the existing customer base whilst focusing on new business wins.
The existing territory has a local customer base, so the successful candidate must have a strong desire to want to grow and develop a strong pipeline of business opportunities through strategic account management, networking and relationship management.
To be successful in joining our team you will be required to have exceptional ability to hit targets and drive growth. Our customers always come first, you will need to understand and execute excellent customer service whilst driving new business.
Your ability to problem solve and to manage customers’ expectations in a rapidly growing company and opportunity laden sales environment will be your key to success.
Candidate must not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and work hard for the team.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven Business Development experience growing a B2B customer base.
- PPE, Workwear or related industry background is highly desirable but not essential.
- Success in winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Sales reporting and territory planning experience.
- Strong sales disciplines and communication skills.
- Strong ability to influence decision makers and convert opportunities into sales.
- Ability to identify business ideas and strategies to increase sales
