The Role
Reporting to the Service Centre Manager and working in our SA Service Centre located in Port Adelaide, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the factory Service Centre as well as providing support and guidance to the team.

Primary responsibilities:
- Ensuring adequate workload distribution across the team
- Ensuring customer repairs are completed in a timely manner in consideration of the 72hr turnaround target subject to part availability
- Offer assistance to service technicians/ service assistants
- Communication of warranty/ product issues to Service Centre Manager
Skill and experience you will need:
- Experience with power tools and equipment
- Success working within a similar role
- Effective customer service experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to react and adapt within a fast paced environment
