Position Description:
All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment is a family owned and operated rental and sales company with branches throughout Australia. As a Nationally Appointed, Magni Telescopic Handler, Liugong Forklifts & CVS Ferrari Forklifts Distributor we have a Full-Time position available to join our service department.
The purpose of the position is to schedule & coordinate the timely maintenance & repair of the Company’s fleet & retail customer equipment with the use of the onroad technicians and 3PL’s
Key Accountabilities
- Receives & responds to customer breakdown requests. Collaborating with clients and coordination of Field Service Technicians for repairs and maintenance
- Sourcing & communication with technicians to supply spare parts
- Creating work orders for Field Service Technicians & record the completion of work
- Maintaining MCS data accuracy from input details
- Ensures that preventative maintenance is scheduled on fleet equipment to assure the safety of employees & customers.
- Establishes & analyses the effectiveness of scheduling practices, recommends system & process improvements to improve customer service & efficiencies.
- Builds effective relationships with colleagues to enable the timely & effective maintenance & repair of equipment.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Field Service Coordinator in a mechanical environment.
- Experience working in a high-volume scheduling environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment
- Strong customer orientation
- Enjoys working in a high volume, dynamic environment
- Calm under pressure
- Strong organisation & time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills
- Capability to analyse data & recommend continuous improvement of systems, processes & procedures.
- Mechanical/automotive qualification preferred
