Due to growth we are currently seeking a vibrant & energetic Service Co-ordinator, who likes a challenge, is honest & reliable & can work under pressure to join our service control room, working in an established and successful service team. The position is full time & based in Bayswater Melbourne. This role will suit someone who displays a strong level of initiative, has a positive & professional manner, is flexible & well presented.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling, dispatch and coordinating works with technicians & managers
- Primary contact for incoming service requests
- Raising new jobs & assigning them to technicians
- Assisting clients & scheduling in service calls, maintenance & repair works
- Ensuring all technicians have productive work
- Liaising with customers & technicians regarding work in progress.
- General administrative tasks - raising purchase orders
