Maintenance Administrator (Part-Time)

Part-time Position (3 to 4 days per week)

SCSA / Eco Ms are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance/Service Co-ordinator with experience in Administration to join our growing team.  Initially, the work will be based in Keilor Park, with the possibility of some work from home as proficiency increases. 

The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role:

• Co-ordinate preventative maintenance for two companies within our group, SCSA Energy Management and Eco Ms Pty Ltd.
• Schedule reactive repair works for both companies.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and management for all service, maintenance and administrative queries.
• First point of call for service co-ordination and queries.
• Maintain accurate records via Simpro and Xero for both companies.
  • Project / Service creation and scheduling
  • Compiling service reports from technician’s notes
  • Invoice / Purchase data entry
  • Administrative documentation e.g. SWMS and JSA
  • Ordering, receipt, allocation of parts & equipment
  • Additional administrative duties as required to help staff

You must possess, as a minimum:

• Experience in scheduling Maintenance/Service works, knowledge of HVAC industry and advantage
• Excellent communication/phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills – preferred knowledge of Simpro and Xero, additional onsite training will be provided
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
