About the role:
In this inbound customer service role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level, personalised assistance to help customers resolve issues with their products or services. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support.
Duties:
- Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
- Offer solutions that best meet customer needs, including troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Build strong relationships and confidently guide customers through technical problems
- Aim for first-call resolution of customer concerns via email and phone
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to provide the best possible assistance
- Accurately update information in the CRM system
- Ensure all assigned jobs are acknowledged within 24 hours
- Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
- Intermediate computer skills
