- On behalf of the Clinical Director and Assistant Nursing Director and within level of authority, liaise, facilitate, direct, negotiate and request information, responses and/or seek resolutions from Senior Managers, Executive Directors, and other Hospital and Health Service (HHS) staff across multi-faceted issues as required to ensure efficient service management and coordination.
- Provide leadership and management in accordance with MNH strategic and operational planning priorities to meet the needs of all services. Build and sustain positive relationships with all team members.
- Manage direct reports consisting of A03 and A04 administrative staff, develop staff competencies and succession planning, recommending and/or implementing appropriate training programs and personal development programs.
