About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Dispatch and track service requests according to customer timelines and SLAs
- Coordinate and track SLA attendances and timelines
- Collate service documentation and invoices
- Produce monthly service reports for customers
- Data entry of service and installation works
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in help desk, trade coordination and service reporting
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
