Your New Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of an inclusive team of 13 and reporting to a supportive Team Leader. Your responsibilities will include:
Booking and scheduling repairs and maintenance for technicians
Liaising with clients in relation to scheduling updates
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices through SAP
Entering and updating customer information in the database
Other ad-hoc administration duties as required

About You:
Previous experience in Service coordination, Administration, Order Processing, Scheduling or similar
Previous medical device or pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable
Passionate and productive in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail
