We are looking for a self driven Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that provides training for career progression.
About the role:
Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the National Office Manager, the Service Coordinator is an integral part of our team, responsible for the daily planning and scheduling of sub contractors and technicians. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently allocating and distributing jobs to ensure optimal productivity among subcontractors and technicians
- Engaging directly with customers, maintaining excellent customer service and building of relationships with a strong focus on communication and portal management
- Providing administrative support to the business as required
- Maintaining client portals, generate invoicing, quotes and work orders in order to meet client KPIs
- Managing inbound calls from clients and technicians.
About you:
- Proven Service Coordination experience, minimum 2 years preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively, problem solve, and build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Proven ability to work and problem solve as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Previous experience in the HVAC, Fire or Service industry will be highly regarded
- Experience in SimPRO or Uptick is desirable but not essential
