We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join us as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in our field through comprehensive one-on-one training. Your skills and technical experience in workshop equipment or service departments will be crucial to your success.
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Service team and Clients receive the highest level of support. You will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and possess excellent multitasking and attention to detail. Exemplary customer service, a positive attitude, and strong accuracy in completing service requirements are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate on-road technicians by preparing job schedules
- Allocate bookings to technicians for service, repair, and installations
- Provide professional phone support and assist customers with their requests
- End-to-end control of all Jobs and call-outs.
- Facilitate communication between customers and technicians
- Collaborate with a team of service technicians and third-party sub
contractors
- Ensure customer outcomes and service delivery align with compliance requirements
-Complete parts ordering and quotes over the phone
- Schedule preventative maintenance programs for key account customers
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, ideally in the mining, industrial, or automotive industry. You should be self-motivated, hands-on, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. Strong negotiation, communication, and prioritisation skills, along with proficiency in Excel and computer literacy, are necessary. Experience with ERP software will be highly regarded. You must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent Australian residency and be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
