Service Coordinator

S&You has partnered up with one of Adelaide’s top commercial builders, the client is a Tier 1 construction company that completes work in the $10 million – $20 million range.

• Flexible working hours both on site and in office
• $6,000 car allowance
• $80,000 - 100,000 + super

Our client has an extensive portfolio of completed projects. This particular company has a proven track record in successful project delivery and the ability to meet a range of needs to achieve its corporate objectives. Projects in the following sectors: Defence, Retail and Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop skills in service coordination, focusing on electrical systems and switchboards
• Lead and motivate team members towards project success, aiming for advancement opportunities such as Service Manager or Service Project Manager
• Maintain excellent client relations through transparent communication and on-site presence, with a focus on fostering trust and consistency
• Possess relevant experience and education in construction or related fields, with potential for career progression based on performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Australian project or construction management
• Degree or relevant experience in Electrotechnology or Electrical field
• Strong communication and leadership skills for successful project outcomes
• Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Ability to lead project teams effectively towards common goals
