As the Corporate Coordinator Hospitality Services – Food and Dining Lead you will join a friendly, approachable team of positive people. As you coordinate and lead initiatives that ensure quality Hospitality Services for older people in Resthaven’s residential aged care homes, with your area of focus the provision of nutritious and appetising meals and an excellent dining experience for residents.

About Resthaven:
Resthaven was established in 1935 and is one of a select few providers to offer the full range of aged care services. Proudly South Australian, Resthaven is a financially independent, not-for-profit charity associated with the Uniting Church in Australia. Essential Criteria:
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in provision of food services in a service organisation
- Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Ability to review procedures and implement new models of service delivery to satisfy resident and organisational requirements
- Understanding of ageing and ability to relate to older people
- Experience with HACCP implementation and review
- Ability to plan and manage projects including development of timelines, key outcomes and milestones.
- Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients.
