SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join this well established local company within the Camden-Narellan area.
Your background would be in coordinating service technicians including scheduling jobs, liaising with customers and ensuring all paperwork is completed and jobs are invoiced.

Responsibilities include -
- Handling service requests
- Allocate jobs to approximately 8-10 service technicians
- Liaise with service technicians to schedule any urgent/breakdown type jobs
- Handle customer enquiries regarding jobs, complaints, etc
- Process service reports, ensuring all jobs are completed
- Processing daily timesheets
- Invoicing jobs
- Liaising with subcontractors for quotes regarding jobs when required
- Daily use of Excel, Outlook, Word, inhouse systems
Service administration/coordinator experience within an industrial, engineering or similar environment would be an advantage.
