About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Service Delivery Officer to join our client' s team. This role will provide high levels of customer service for the Service part of the Fire business which will also at times extend to the Sales side of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily invoicing processes & queries with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Generating purchase orders and managing procurement needs.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data entry, ensuring data integrity.

  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, phone calls, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Maintaining multiply inboxes

  • Processing of weekly timesheets

  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the team's operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)

  • Enjoys working in a team environment.

  • Experienced with data entry and analysing data.

  • Experienced working with MS Office - Excel

  • Knowledge of Pronto / Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems (preferred but not essential)

  • A customer centric focus

  • Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly.
