About the role:
Unitywater is at the forefront of innovation in the water industry and is looking for a Technology Service Delivery Lead to work collaboratively with our Managed Service Provider to ensure Service Delivery aligns to ITIL best practice and complies with Unitywater policies, standards and processes whilst delivering ongoing business improvements with a focus on ‘fit for purpose’ best practice and continuous improvement.
The Technology Operations function is responsible for the overall management of day-to-day operations of Technology Service Delivery, environments, supporting and maintaining infrastructure, security, and applications whilst achieving set targets and associated outcomes for the business.
As the Technology Service Delivery Lead you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships with support from the Technology Vendor Governance Team ensuring vendors deliver client focussed and cost effective operational and support services across all Unitywater technology environments.
About the you:
To contribute to Unitywater’s values of Reliability, Safety, Honesty & Integrity, Efficiency, One Team, Innovation, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:
- Demonstrated experience in managing Service Delivery across multiple vendors and business stakeholders.
- Broad technical experience across networks, applications, infrastructure, security, and Technology solutions
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team to deliver Technology Services in alignment with operational and business priorities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical situations and activities in a straightforward way to non-technical people.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals and recent experience in ServiceNow administration
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Experience managing and communicating incidents and business impacts to stakeholders.
- ITIL certification or relevant experience
