Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Service Delivery Manager for NDIS service provider located in Greenslopes, QLD. The Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with service delivery management, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding and nurturing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver primary care and support to all individuals.
• Supervising and actively participating in the creation and execution of clinical, financial, administrative systems, and billing processes.
• Guaranteeing that the team operates within a framework of continuous quality improvement and effective risk management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within the NDIS sector.
• In-depth knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in disability services or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Oversight:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of service delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and regulations.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Foster positive relationships with participants and their stake holders.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze reports on service delivery metrics.
