Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Service Delivery Manager for NDIS service provider located in Greenslopes, QLD. The Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with service delivery management, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding and nurturing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver primary care and support to all individuals.
- Supervising and actively participating in the creation and execution of clinical, financial, administrative systems, and billing processes.
- Guaranteeing that the team operates within a framework of continuous quality improvement and effective risk management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the NDIS sector.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
