Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery manager to maintain responsibility for the Service Desk experience delivering a high level of customer service in addition to effectively managing and coaching a team.

Description
- Maintain an ITIL compliant Service Desk
- Ensuring a high level of customer service for all Service Desk related issues making sure all customers have the best ICT support
- Coaching and supporting Team members
- Assisting in Financial management and budgets relating to your specific area
- Keeping up to date with all technology development specifically within Service Desk and Cyber security
- Focusing on continuous improvement and development within area of Service Delivery
- Liaising with multiple vendors
Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing cyber security operations
- Proven experience in ICT Service Delivery
- Extensive expertise with Microsoft technologies and ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop team
- Demonstrated experience in financial management
- Strong communication skills
- Team leadership experience
