- Collaborate with internal teams to address cross-functional issues.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Service Delivery or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and project management methodologies.
- Ability to bridge technical solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undergo security clearance assessments and occasional travel.
