I am currently partnering with an Australian Owned and Operated organisation based Southern Gold Coast to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager for their Technology team. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, this permanent position requires leadership in Service Delivery and support for computer and information systems. You will manage 2 x Service Desk Officers, oversee IT vendors and ensure effective Service Delivery within specified requirements, timelines and costs.
About the Role:
- Lead Customer Service and Service Delivery for IT;
- Serve as the primary contact for Service Now;
- Manage IT work queue, ticket assignment and reporting;
- Support business on IT issues within agreed SLA's;
- Manage IT and Communications Systems;
- Oversee Vendor management to agreed SLA's;
- Lead Change Management and guide the CAB;
- Manage and update documentation;
- Align with key vendors for E8 and ISO 27001 integration;
- Collaborate with stakeholders for current and future state planning;
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures;
- Own IT hardware and software audits;
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems;
- Contribute to organisational policy alignment with user needs and system functionality;
- Own incident management, problem management, root cause analysis and change management;
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures;
- Assist with annual budgeting for cost-effective departmental operations;
- Collaborate on business-defined projects requiring IT support;
- Identify and improve processes, systems and efficiencies within the business; and
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company IT and Finance processes and policies.
About you:
- ITIL V3 or V4 foundation;
- Minimum 1-year supervisory and team management experience;
- Experience supporting distributed Microsoft environments;
- Mobile Device Management administration (Microsoft Intune);
- Windows 10 Support;
- Proficient in MOE and group policies;
- Active Directory design, maintenance and hands-on experience;
- Microsoft 365 Administration Experience;
- Some experience with ISO27001 and E8 Alignment;
- Proven success in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, data storage systems and Mitel and Teams phone systems;
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a diverse audience;
- Positive can-do attitude, team player and self-starter who strives for excellence;
- Ability to work on tasks ranging from password resets to large projects;
- Embraces change and thrives under pressure; and
- Passion for producing quality work.
