We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager with deep knowledge of the NDIS and the OoHC sector to lead our team and uphold our standards of excellence.
Position Summary
This role is ideal for a candidate who not only demonstrates leadership in Service Delivery but also has extensive knowledge and experience with OOHC and NDIS. You will be responsible for managing diverse client needs, leading teams, and ensuring the highest standards of Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategic Management: Drive service excellence, implement best practices, manage financial targets, and foster a positive team culture.
- Client Services and Case Management: Provide comprehensive support to clients, develop referral networks, and engage with community leaders.
- Organisational Compliance and Development: Ensure adherence to policies and commitment to safeguarding children, foster a respectful work environment, and manage risk.
- Operational Management and Financial Oversight: Oversee operational management, budget preparation, and service accreditation requirements.
- Team Development and Performance Management: Facilitate team growth, manage communication, and address staffing issues.
- Quality Improvement and Operational Maintenance: Drive continuous improvement, maintain service standards, and analyse program delivery.
- Mentoring/Coaching: Motivate staff, manage talent, and address performance issues.
- Case Management Specifics: Develop service strategies, maintain client records, and ensure client skill development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven minimum 3 years leadership experience in the sector
- Strong managerial, financial, and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field are desirable.
