We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success team (CST). This role will be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, working with our NetSuite solution. The successful SDM will need to be able to hit the ground running and help us continue to drive ongoing success for our customers. They will need to be prepared to take on and manage a portfolio of customers across New Zealand, build lasting partnerships with them, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure their support needs are met.

Key components of the role:
- Managing day to day Service Delivery activity across customers
- Upselling our Support Offering – PartnerPlus
- Working closely with the Sales Team
- Developing excellent working relationships with customers, becoming their “go to” person for post implementation requirements
- Working with the team to ensure that contracts, work orders and licenses are maintained
- Reviewing all support reports for customers
- Working with the PMO/Resource Managers to schedule work
- Developing effective relationships with their customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Arranging and conducting regular support meetings with their customers
You will need:
- To be a team player with exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills and possess high energy combined with a “can do” attitude
- To be well organised and have a high attention to detail
- To possess high levels of customer service and be keen to step outside your comfort zone
- NetSuite knowledge or background as an added advantage
- Good commercial acumen
- To be willing to travel when required.
