We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Officers to join our team on a 8 month mat-leave cover, with the potential for extension depending on the person and project outcomes. Ideally we are seeking someone based in Melbourne, however may have flexibility for the ideal candidate.
The Service Delivery Officers will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our platform’s operational services during the hyper-care period. This is a highly facilitative role, maintaining platform operation administration, feedback & complaint resolution and case management channels.
What will your typical week look like?
- Managing relationships with advisers, support staff, external stakeholders and clients, and providing accurate & timely communication and administrative support
- Managing case escalations and any complaints received from internal and external stakeholders, offering timely and proactive solutions, demonstrating a high level of customer service
- Verifying new account applications using AML/KYC processes + managing platform user access codes
- Supporting implementation services

We are seeking someone with the following skills, experience & attributes…
- Proven experience within Financial Services in a similar role
- Knowledge of and experience with investment platforms is favourable
- Experience with industry standard Financial Planning software
- Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
