THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Record Management Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a 5 day/ week onsite role based from Melbourne CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with offsite storage facility (Iron Mountain) to facilitate efficient control of both on and off-site collection and delivery of physical files
- Collect, deliver and register new files, box lodgements, retrievals and returns
- Provide information, advice and guidance to staff across the organisation to ensure correct records management procedures are adhered to
- Undertake and/or direct specific records management tasks and projects
- Efficient and effective Records Management Service Delivery, by managing all incoming correspondence, in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements, policy and procedure
- Experience working in a professional services industry
- Highly proficient in the use of Content Manager or similar EDRMS
- Highly developed understanding of electronic records management techniques including file retrievals, archiving and storage
- Experience in mail or print room will be highly advantageous
