This role requires excellent customer service skills, basic administrative duties including management of Manual Exceptions inbox, re-scanning applications to improve quality, mail sorting for other teams, destruction and filing, other ad hoc duties as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional and proven customer service experience
- Literacy in use of Microsoft applications, World Wide Web, mobile technology and basic hardware/software set-up; videoconferencing, communications technology and all required work enabling technology
- Records management - Manage the use and security of records
- Attention to detail - Apply thoroughness and accuracy when completing a task
- Data entry
