Are you passionate about creating meaningful and user-centric experiences? We are seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of human-centered design, shaping services and experiences that prioritize user needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Human-Centered Design: Demonstrate proficiency in designing services and experiences centered around the needs and preferences of end-users.
User Research: Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews, surveys, and workshops, to gain valuable insights into user pain points and opportunities.
Persona Development: Create detailed user personas representing diverse user groups and their characteristics.
Journey Mapping: Utilize your skills to create comprehensive user journey maps, visualizing and improving the overall user experience.
Service Blueprinting: Define and map out service processes and enablers using service blueprinting techniques.
Co-Design and Facilitation: Lead co-design sessions with stakeholders and users to gather input and ideas, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Design Thinking: Apply a strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and approaches to drive creative problem-solving.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to validate service design concepts and products, ensuring optimal user experiences.
Desirable Skills:
Visual Design: Proficiency in visual design principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders from various disciplines.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Agile or Kanban, promoting adaptability and efficiency in project workflows.
