Hays is seeking a Service Designer to assist in the creation of future state strategies for a digital product.
Your new company
You'll be working for a large Federal Government client, within their Program Design section. You'll be part of a team that is working broadly on Health Delivery transformation, currently within the discovery and design phase where you will be working on specific projects and deliverables.
Your new role
Within your new role you will be assisting in the creation of future state strategies for an agency product and the related digital access solution/s. As a means to create these future state strategies, you will need to investigate platform and production pain points, conduct user research and workshops mapping the customers' experience, develop and manage service blueprints and design plans, collaborate within the agency, identify and advise on project risks and their associated management strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
If you have demonstrated experience in:
Worked as a Service Designer within a Federal Government setting previously
Producing blueprints design plans and future state strategies for digital products based on user research addressing established pain points
Conducted user research and workshops as a means to map the customers' experience
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
A current Baseline security clearance
