How do you get shortlisted for this role?
- 3+ years experience as a help desk technician or other customer facing support role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- An understanding of networking and any Azure, cloud, 365, scripting, coding, firewall or SD-WAN experience will be beneficial
- You need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal
What will you be doing in this role?
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with Microsoft Azure, 365 and Power Platform technologies
- Remotely triage and troubleshoot technical issues and requests
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Engage the next level of support personnel where necessary
- Provide accurate information on IT products and services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow up and update customer status and information
