Your day-to-day will look like…
This is no ordinary Service Desk, it’s an elite team of passionate technologists who love helping people. Your superpower is quickly breaking down issues into a list of possible causes and systematically working through them from the simplest fix to the most complex. You’re a nerd at heart but understand your priority is to return the client to a working state as quickly as possible and sometimes that means a workaround.
We are looking for critical thinkers who not only solve issues but help the team build automation to eliminate them for good. As the saying goes, a good technician solves problems, a great one prevents them from occurring in the first place!
Let's say a client has forgotten their email password. In such a scenario, you should not only be able to help them change it but also educate them, so they can solve it themselves next time. Our mission is to drive down the number of support requests we get each week.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • MS102 certificate (or be willing to complete the certification exam after six months of probation)
  • 1-2 years of experience working with O365, and AWS/Azure Cloud environments
  • Experience working in an MSP environment (it can be fast-paced)
  • Experience in providing end-user support for hardware issues (desktop, notebook, mobile device), user account maintenance, application deployment, printing, and networking issues
  • Proficiency in ConnectWise or similar professional services automation platform
