About the role:
Working within the ITIL framework as part of the Service Desk team, you will provide service support across the Hydro Tasmania group including field based staff who may be in remote locations across Tasmania. You’re responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner showcasing excellent customer service.
You will be proactive in identifying and assisting with process and business improvement initiatives, particularly with respect to continual service improvement.
About You:
With at least 2 years’ experience supporting services within an ITIL Service Management framework, you are confident in your ability to provide exceptional customer service to your customers. You’ve used IT Service Management (ITSM) toolsets in previous roles and are quick to pick up new platforms. With a keen interest in process improvement, you appreciate structure workflow and reporting.
Whilst technical knowledge is essential to your role, providing a positive customer experience will be integral to your success, you have the talent to build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders. You’re a diligent operator who has the ability to plan and organise your own workload whilst managing conflicting priorities.
