ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re on the lookout for talented Service Desk Technicians to join our company. Our Technicians make use of their established skills within a large, fast-paced environment. Working on real-time IT-related issues and requests received through the business whilst upholding Kinetic IT’s reputation for delivering beyond customer expectations.
- Troubleshooting & investigating IT-related issues over the phone
- Deliver a high level of proactive and cooperative customer service
- Log & resolve IT tickets and escalate to cross-functional teams as required
- Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
- Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your team
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Required: Hold ACTIVE status & maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Clear communication and good customer service skills
- The ability to adapt to technology changes and follow processes accurately
- Prior experience in a phone-based and/or dynamic customer service environment is highly desirable
- Open to carrying out rotational shifts, either staggered starts or 24/7, depending on the role.
