About our opportunity
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Service Development Officer to join our Customer Service Branch at Caboolture!
Reporting to the Onboarding and Development Lead, you will:
- play an integral role in the delivery of training and development programs and initiatives, as well as the recruitment and onboarding of team members.
- contribute to Service Development through the collation and analysis of customer feedback and quality assurance data.
- working collaboratively with process owners and internal stakeholders to improve service journey experiences for our customers.

About you
We are seeking an experienced service delivery professional with a strong coaching and training skillset, and comprehensive knowledge of service delivery in a local government or related context.
The successful applicant will also have experience reviewing service quality outcomes and contributing to the continuous improvement of employee and customer experiences, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain quality stakeholder relationships.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a Local Government/Customer Service environment.
