About the role
In your new and exciting role, you will be providing quality customer service, assisting in instillations, service, repair and test medical gas and biomedical equipment mainly within North-west of Melbourne.
Duties
Conduct routine preventative maintenance, safety & performance testing
Attend service breakdown callout requests in a timely manner
Maintain timely and accurate administrative records
Provide quality customer service to ensure continued customer satisfaction
Assist in the training of fellow technicians as directed by your Service Manager
Skills & Experience
Trade in Electronics/ Instrumentation and/or Biomedical Engineer
Willing to travel to assigned Melbourne Territory
Current driver’s license
Proven hands-on experience working with medical devices
Excellent Customer Service skills
