About the company:
Our client is a highly experienced food production expert with a wealth of operational experience. Their key management and technical staff have over 60 years of combined experience – as production managers and food technologists with some of the world's largest food manufacturing companies. They design and manufacture industrial food processing equipment for a worldwide client base.
About the role:
- Supervise customers with system installation;
- Provide maintenance training to customers
- Provide service visits to customers in Australia, New Zealand and south east Asia;
- Good understanding of valves, pumps and pneumatic instruments;
- Capable of reading electrical diagrams, (ePlan knowledge is favourable);
- Solid mechanical background and willing to disassemble and assemble machine parts;
- Willing to travel overseas extensively (might have to travel to Germany for some training)
Your experience:
- Be able to work under pressure, generate quality work with attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise duties
- Have excellent inter-personal skills, planning, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in industrial machinery assembly and installation
- Electrical knowledge with an ability to read electrical drawings as a minimum.
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge in the Food industry is highly preferable.
