We are seeking a full-time Service Field Technician based in Preston, VIC. This role, reporting to the Director, is crucial for installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage production equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing and commissioning new equipment
• Conducting scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
• Providing technical support and training to customers
• Managing project timelines and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Liaising with suppliers for parts and service requirements
• Supporting sales teams with technical advice
• Enhancing service procedures and protocols

To qualify, you will need a tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or another relevant field. Demonstrated experience in the installation/commissioning of equipment in the beverage industry and/or bottling and packaging industry is considered essential.
