YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We're on the hunt for a Service Improvement and Expediting Officerto join our team in Scoresby VIC!
Supporting our Expediting Lead, we're looking for someone ready to make a meaningful impact on our customer experience. Using your specialist investigative skills you'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth and timely processing of customer orders, and analyse the root causes of any issues to ensure continuous Service Improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handle Open Order & Back Order enquiries for customers, providing clear and informed updates until resolution
- Provide timely and quality service to meet the needs of our customers and ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with internal and/or external stakeholders, fostering strong and productive working relationships
- Identify and assess customer requirements using appropriate question techniques, navigating Internal and External Systems to enable the best service and product mix to achieve acceptable DIFOT levels
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative service solutions where required
- Seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your work area and team.
