Shangri-La Boracay

DUTIES
Complete responsibility for the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel. To ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.
REQUIREMENTS
- With oral and written fluency in both English and Tagalog.
- An excellent writer with good grammar and sentence construction.
- College graduate.
- Training certificates on food safety, HACCP and ISO22000 needed.
- Have teaching experience on food safety.
- Has experience in conducting audit on food safety systems.
- A self-starter, forward-thinker, independent and highly motivated.
- Has eye for detail.
- With two years related experience gained from hotel industry or related establishment. Knowledge of HACCP System a must.
