Service Level Manager

We are seeking for a senior Service Level Manager who is highly experienced in stakeholder engagement and has a track record of working across complex project /tenders and agencies.Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in negotiating, implementing, and monitoring Service Level agreements.
• Experience in developing Service Level agreements.
• Experience in procurement and tendering and within the procurement framework is preferable.
• Attention to detail, with ability to write and interpret complex tender documentation.
• Skills and experience in Project Management preferable.

Major Responsibilities:

• Developing an overarching Service Level agreement outline for various systems.
• Planning document articulating the plan for the Service Level agreement outline development, tender and evaluation (i.e. the key milestones/deadlines, key risks and resources needed).
• Tender Documentation for the approach to market tender.
• Fortnightly report on the status of works, highlighting progress and key risks.
• Briefs and presentations for Senior Executives.
• Evaluation of tender responses and assistance in negotiations.
• Liaise and communicate with external stakeholders on tender requirements.

Location: Canberra, ACTContract terms: 12 Months with 2X6 months extension.SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level 5Security Requirements.
