We are seeking for a senior Service Level Manager who is highly experienced in stakeholder engagement and has a track record of working across complex project /tenders and agencies.Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in negotiating, implementing, and monitoring Service Level agreements.
- Experience in developing Service Level agreements.
- Experience in procurement and tendering and within the procurement framework is preferable.
- Attention to detail, with ability to write and interpret complex tender documentation.
- Skills and experience in Project Management preferable.
- Developing an overarching Service Level agreement outline for various systems.
- Planning document articulating the plan for the Service Level agreement outline development, tender and evaluation (i.e. the key milestones/deadlines, key risks and resources needed).
- Tender Documentation for the approach to market tender.
- Fortnightly report on the status of works, highlighting progress and key risks.
- Briefs and presentations for Senior Executives.
- Evaluation of tender responses and assistance in negotiations.
- Liaise and communicate with external stakeholders on tender requirements.
